Paralegal Works:
- Drafts documentation such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, deeds, resolutions, contracts, opinions, and other legal documents.
- Assists Associate Lawyers in preparation of draft, research and revision of legal documents.
- Reviews the comments of Associate Lawyers which include edits and redlines, consolidates contracts, pleadings and all other necessary documents.
- Prepares documents for transferring the properties of clients and collating the requirements thereto.
- Assists Associate Lawyers with the paper works needed and for compliance purposes by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Supreme Court and other lower courts, and all other regulatory bodies to make sure that the compliance of clients are up-to-date.
- Helps with trial preparation including list of witnesses, exhibits, trial binders and all other pleading necessary for the case of clients.
- Creates organizational documents including Articles of Incorporation, dissolution of corporations, stock certificates and other necessary organizational documents.
Administrative Works:
- Monitors the progress of all transactions being processed by the Firm and makes sure that the Associate Lawyers and clients are updated.
- Reports directly to Associate Lawyers in relation to day-to-day responsibilities.
- Facilitates communication between Associate Lawyers and clients.
- Performs all other functions and duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
Job Qualifications: Candidates must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management or a related field. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
