About the role

UNOTEL ELECTRONICS INC.' is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support to our organisation. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounts.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, preparing invoices, and reconciling accounts
  2. Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  3. Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial data and analysis
  5. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  6. Providing administrative support to the Finance team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant qualification in Accounting or a related field
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within the electronics industry
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
