Digital Growth & E-Commerce Manager (FULL TIME)

Location: Remote

Markets: Global focus across New Zealand, USA, and UK

Reporting to: NZ Marketing Manager

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Growth & E-Commerce Manager to drive growth and performance across our digital platforms. This role will oversee paid acquisition, funnel management, and performance optimization across key channels; Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Amazon, and Instacart, ensuring consistency and efficacy in campaigns globally. You'll be responsible for managing the full digital funnel, from awareness through to conversion and re-marketing, ensuring our messaging is clear, effective, and data-driven. The ideal candidate has proven success in managing digital campaigns end-to-end, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to analyse performance, make optimisations, and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities

● Execute, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Amazon, and Instacart.Manage global campaigns (NZ, USA, UK) with tailored strategies for each market.

● Oversight of the full e-commerce funnel (D2C site (shopify), Amazon, Instacart, subscriptions, CRO), to help drive results relating to AOV, Customer lifetime value and conversion improvements.

● Ensure all campaigns are delivering correctly (e.g., tracking links, landing pages, ad placements).

● Monitor and analyse performance using analytics tools (GA4, Meta, Amazon/Instacart dashboards - to name a few).

● Report on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

● Collaborate with creative/content teams to implement performance-driven assets that are platform specific.

● Continuously test new platforms, formats, and audience strategies to scale results.

Requirements

● 3+ years' experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or digital campaign management.

● Hands-on expertise in media buying and campaign setup across platform dashboards, Google Ads, Amazon, and Instacart.

● Proven track record of managing and optimising campaign.

● Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (GA4, attribution modelling, platform dashboards).

● Deep understanding of full-funnel digital marketing and CRO principles.

● High attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution across campaigns and platforms.

● Experience with consumer brands, FMCG, or CPG is highly desirable.
