Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cebu for a Leasing Manager. The Leasing Manager will oversee daily leasing activities, manage tenant relationships, and secure new tenants. Responsibilities include handling lease negotiations, preparing leasing reports, coordinating with the management team, and ensuring maximized occupancy levels. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to attract and retain tenants.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in Team Management and Sales Management to lead and develop leasing teams
  • Relevant experience in the retail leasing industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
