We are looking for an IT Customer Service / Coordinator to join our team and support our US-based clients by managing and coordinating technical support tickets in a fast-paced environment.

This is a great opportunity to work with an international MSP (Managed Service Provider) while being based onsite in Tayabas, Quezon Province.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and technical support requests through the company's ticketing system.
  • Triage, create, and log support tickets, ensuring all issues are properly documented, categorized, and prioritized based on urgency and impact.
  • Assign tickets to the appropriate IT support personnel or team based on skill set, availability, and SLAs.
  • Monitor and track ticket progress, ensuring timely updates, follow-ups, and resolution.
  • Coordinate with different departments to assist in resolving multi-layered or escalated technical incidents.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation within the ticketing tool for tracking, reporting, and audit purposes.
  • Work closely with IT support teams to improve workflows, enhance service delivery, and strengthen ticket-handling efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems such as Autotask, ConnectWise, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal support teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset and a positive, solutions-oriented approach when handling inquiries and technical concerns.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO, IT support, service desk, helpdesk, or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, and handle multiple tickets at a time.
  • Willing to work onsite in Tayabas, Quezon Province.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24, Php30,000.00 per month
