Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

  • Responding to inquiries: Address customer questions via phone, email, chats and others.
  • Providing information: Offer details about products, services, or policies in a clear and concise manner.

Problem Resolution:

  • Handling Complaints: Manage customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, aiming for quick resolution.
  • Issue Troubleshooting: Assist customers in solving issues with products, services, or orders.

Data Entry & Record Keeping

  • Maintaining Records: Accurately document customer interactions, orders, complaints, and resolutions in the customer management system.
  • Updating Accounts: Ensure customer information is current and correct in the company database.

Adherence to Policies

  • Following Guidelines: Ensure that all customer interactions comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and apply them as needed in customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
