Credit Analyst

Major Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business and respond to inquiries timely with a positive mindset while providing a positive user experience.
  • Process New User Set-ups
  • Process final expense reports for termed employees
  • Initiate Credit Cards Application Invites and approve
  • Grant users with online access to credit cards
  • Process credit increases
  • Monitor Credit Card Import files for corrections and warnings
  • Monitor unapproved expense reports for approver changes
  • Process Credit Increases
  • Design custom reports in Intelligence when needed
  • Lead or participate in projects.
  • Run monthly reports
  • Other tasks which may be assigned by his/her immediate supervisor

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience supporting Concur platform
  • Practical Knowledge of ERP Applications (Oracle, SAP, and applicable Finance ERP
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Written and spoken English Communication Skills.
  • Must be willing to work on night shift - willing to extend working hours and during holidays, depending on business need
  • Hybrid setup (1x a week onsite)
