We are looking for a Medical Claims Analyst (AR) to join our growing US Healthcare team. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls (30% outbound) to ensure accurate and timely resolution of accounts receivable and medical claims. You'll collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance representatives to process claims efficiently and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- At least 1st year undergraduate or High School graduate
- Minimum of 1 year experience in US Healthcare provider or billing (hospital or physician billing) and AR collections
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare and insurance terminologies (copay, coinsurance, deductibles)
- Familiar with CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms
- Proficient in interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to handle outbound calls (30%)
