We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Creative AI Artist & Cinematic Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage the latest AI tools and cinematic techniques to develop visually compelling assets for multimedia, gaming, and storytelling applications. You will be part of a lean but innovative team pushing the boundaries of creative production using next-generation tools.

This position is ideal for a candidate who is equally comfortable working with AI visual generators and post-production software—and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce cinematic stills, sequences, and short video clips using AI-powered tools such as Midjourney, Veo 3, Seedance Pro, Kling, Hailuo, and others
  • Edit and enhance video clips using software like After Effects, CapCut, or similar platforms
  • Use Photoshop or equivalent tools for inpainting, retouching, and visual polish
  • Collaborate with the creative lead to align with narrative, mood, and game design direction
  • Maintain creative asset libraries and contribute to a streamlined content pipeline
  • Stay updated on advancements in AI-video generation, cinematic storytelling, and prompt engineering

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital art, video editing, or related field
  • Proven experience working with AI image and video tools (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML, Pika)
  • Strong understanding of cinematic composition, lighting, and framing
  • Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and basic video editing software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong communication skills, with experience collaborating with international or US-based clients
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setup

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity cinematics
  • Background in film, animation, or interactive media
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media best practices
  • Experience managing social media accounts and analyzing performance using tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
