QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).

5–10 years of experience managing telecom or large-scale technical projects.

Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and consortium partners.

Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk management, and quality assurance in telecom infrastructure projects.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERTISE:

Professional training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

Advanced coursework or master's degree in relevant fields (an advantage).

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably in submarine cable infrastructure or large-scale telecom projects.

Understanding of the business impact of submarine network infrastructure and telecom projects.

Ability to support project alignment with organizational strategy, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

Awareness of contractual, commercial, or consortium-related considerations affecting project delivery.

Ability to balance technical, operational, and financial priorities in project execution.
