Alldigi Tech Manila is looking for Customer Service Representative (Non-voice) to join our growing team You'll play a key role in helping clients open accounts smoothly and ensuring all documents meet compliance and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process client onboarding documents and account applications.
- Conduct basic KYC verification in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Confirm client bank account details and ensure data accuracy.
- Communicate with clients via email to provide updates and instructions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
