We are looking for a skilled End-to-End Technical Recruiter with 4-6 years of experience to join our team and help us attract top technical talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Sourcing of Candidates: Leverage various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract high-quality technical candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.\
  • Report Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports, including candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Philtech as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.
  • Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the IT industry sector.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
