I. GENERAL INFORMATION

Position Title : Senior Supervisor – DP Chiller Section Job Rank/ Grade : Supervisory

Division Department: Planning and Warehouse Location : Pulilan or Tarlac or Bataan

II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Reports to : Administratively: Warehouse Manager Functionally : Warehouse Manager

Directly Supervises : Chiller Supervisor (L1 and L2)

III. Responsibility

Job Summary: Plan, organize, and supervise the Chiller operations of all plants, ensure smooth flow of products, and maintain control of Warehouse inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Implement available documented warehouse procedures. Revise procedures or establish new ones as needed.

· Make sure that health and safety regulations, good manufacturing practices, and security standards are being observed and followed inside the warehouse.

· Plan and create lay−out for optimum space utilization.

· Maintain warehouse in a clean and orderly condition.

· Ensure that necessary records and reports are well kept, updated, and correct (i.e. Inventory Report).

· Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of subordinates. Coordinate with HR for the needed trainings of subordinates.

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal Sales Serving and minimize aging stocks.

· Prepare and submit reports as required and in a timely manner.

· Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement. Apply needed corrections.

· Audit reports and procedures.

IV. Key Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, or any related courses.

Experience: At least 3 years of supervisory experience in warehousing in a food manufacturing set−up

Special Skills:

· Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets

· Has strong leadership skills

· With good communication skills, both oral and written

· Knowledgeable in warehouse management systems

· With strong decision−making and problem−solving skills

· Has good interpersonal skills

· Willing to work in extended hours and during holidays

· Amenable to doing plant visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
