Job Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in construction architectural and interior works
  • Must be able to lead ad supervise construction
  • Must be knowledgeable in AutoCAD and MS Programs
  • Must be able to do billing evaluations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Site architect manages GFL construction projects from the conceptual design phase through completion of construction, including review of all the drawings from Architectural, Structural, and MEPSF to familiarize himself/herself in the project.
  • Works together with GFL Project Manager, GFL Engineers and Contractors in developing construction methodology to achieve targeted schedule and budgets.
  • Balances active architectural duties with a leadership role in both designing and drafting building plans while overseeing construction during the project lifecycle.
  • Attends project site meetings to discuss construction progress and implementations.
  • Acting as an intermediary between the GFL CM Team and the construction team.
  • Overseeing building works of contractors and construction crews.
  • Supervising the project at regular intervals to ensure construction complies with regulations and design requirements of the consultants.
  • Ensuring the project construction works are within specifications of the Consultant.
  • Creating progress reports, time schedules, and revised budgets and billing evaluations to be submitted to the Project Manager.
  • Conducting a final inspection after a project task is complete.
  • Supervise and checks the production of the CAD operator to ensure correct drawings and being delivered.
  • Other GFL tasks that may be given from time to time that are within the company projects and property.
  • A licensed Architect hired by the company must secure an updated PRC license.
  • Must sign and seal architectural documents.
