* Licensed Architect

* 5 years of experience

* Willing to periodically supervise a project in Mindanao

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare and develop architectural designs, drawings and specifications

- Coordinate with clients, engineers, sub-contractors and consultants for project requirements

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and design standards

- Monitor project timelines, quality and cost control measures

- Provide technical guidance and resolve architectural issues on site

- Collaborate closely with the construction team to maintain design integrity
