Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect, based in Pasig. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing project designs, ensuring compliance with building codes, managing submittals, and collaborating with different teams to execute projects. Daily tasks include detailed project management, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM), and integrating Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles in designs. The Project Architect will also coordinate with clients and contractors to deliver projects successfully.

Qualifications

  • Submittals and Architecture skills
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Professional licensure as an Architect
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
