Senior Architect

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Delegates and Supervises the work of Junior Architects
  • Prepares conceptual designs for new projects
  • Interprets design concept to construction documents
  • Prepares detailed architectural drawings and specifications
  • Coordinates architectural and engineering drawings
  • Reviews ASMEPF plans for in-house designed projects
  • Coordinates with consultants for drawings/documents needed
  • Consults with project manager during construction phase
  • Reviews shop drawings by the contractor thru the project manager
  • Checks, approves and disapproves RFA/RFIs from site
  • Recommends solutions to architectural site problems
  • Responsible for the documentation of projects
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
  • Responsible for coordination of the projects between site team, operation, Marketing and group head

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Architecture
  • Licensed Architect
  • Knowledgeable in using AUTO CAD, SKETCH UP, and rendering softwares (LUMION, VRAY, 3DS MAX, BASIC REVIT)
  • Has previous experience in architectural design and specs writing
  • Has a background in handling high-rise buildings and commercial projects
  • Must be a team player
