We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team and help us continue to grow and thrive.

Job Description:

As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR strategy. This role plays a key part in supporting our team and ensuring we maintain a healthy, productive, and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues
  • Support managers in performance appraisals and employee development plans
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
  • Organize training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects company values

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of [2–4] years of experience in HR, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
