Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge Supervisor to lead the concierge team at a high-rise residential condominium in Bicutan, Parañaque. The ideal candidate will have at least (1-2) year of supervisory experience in a hospitality, residential setting, with a strong background in front desk operations and resident relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the concierge/front desk team.
  • Ensure residents and guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times.
  • Train, schedule, and evaluate concierge staff to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Handle escalated resident concerns, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor and ensure the proper implementation of front desk procedures, including visitor management, parcel logging, amenity reservations, and key issuance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports (e.g., incident reports, logbooks, service requests).
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, engineering, and property management for resident requests and building concerns.
  • Enforce condominium rules and regulations in collaboration with the Property Management Office.
  • Assist in organizing community events or announcements in coordination with the admin office.
  • Ensure the concierge area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 year of supervisory experience in a similar role (residential building, hotel environment).
  • College graduate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with condominium operations is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and able to learn property management software.
  • Willing to work in Bicutan, Parañaque and follow a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
