Technical Architect

The Technical Architect / Technical Lead – Power Platform & Dynamics is a senior hands-on technical role at Experience Digital. This position focuses on designing, building, and delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions while providing technical leadership across projects and teams.

Unlike a pure management role, this position requires strong practical experience in architecture, development, integrations, and solution delivery.

1. Technical Leadership & Hands-On Architecture

• Lead solution design, architecture, and technical delivery across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on development, configuration, customisation, and integration work where required.
• Act as the technical authority for Dynamics projects, advising on patterns, integrations, data structures, and best practices.

2. Team Guidance & Support

• Mentor and support developers and consultants through technical leadership, code reviews, and solution design guidance.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for technical roles by assessing skills and ensuring alignment with technical standards.
• Contribute to building a high-performing delivery culture without taking on full administrative line management responsibilities at this stage.

3. Platform & Technology Strategy

• Contribute to the evolution of Experience Digital's Dynamics and Power Platform capability.
• Develop and maintain architectural standards, reusable frameworks, and reference architectures.
• Stay across product roadmaps, emerging tools, and platform updates to ensure solutions remain modern and competitive.

4. Client Engagement & Presales

• Engage directly with clients to understand technical requirements and shape proposed solutions.
• Participate in presales activities, including demonstrations, technical scoping, and proposal development.
• Represent Experience Digital as a trusted technical expert during client discussions.

5. Technical Advocacy & Industry Presence

• Support Experience Digital's reputation in the Dynamics and Power Platform ecosystem through thought leadership, technical content, and occasional event participation.
• Attend key industry events—including some in Manila—to help strengthen regional presence and technical credibility.

6. Continuous Learning & Skills Development

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and relevant integration technologies.
• Pursue ongoing certifications, advanced training, and hands-on experimentation.
• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.

7. Operational Excellence & Delivery Quality

• Implement and uphold solution governance, technical standards, and delivery best practices.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and performance across all Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes, improve workflows, optimise solution performance, and reduce risk.

8. Compliance, Security & Risk Management

• Ensure all solutions adhere to security, regulatory, and organisational compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to apply best practices across architecture and delivery.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigating strategies for stable, reliable solutions.

9. Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

• Build strong relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams—delivery, design, sales, and client success—to ensure alignment and solution cohesion.
• Provide expert technical advice to clients and senior stakeholders.

10. On-Call Support & Flexibility

• Provide occasional on-call support where necessary for critical issues.
• Work flexible hours as required to meet delivery milestones or executive-level expectations.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including hands-on technical delivery, architecture, and solution design.
• Technical Expertise: Deep familiarity with Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM), Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure services, and integrations.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams through guidance and expertise rather than pure management.
• Communication: Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Industry Engagement: Experience participating in community events, conferences, or technical advocacy (preferred, not mandatory).
• Certifications: Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications strongly preferred.
