Purpose

Digital channels (website, email, social channels, search, advertising platforms) play a vital role in our digital marketing strategy to attract, engage, nurture and retain new and existing clients. The purpose of this role is to harness data insights to evaluate the effectiveness of events and to optimize lead management strategies for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities

· Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate the success and impact of events.

· Identify trends, patterns, and insights from event data to drive decision-making.

· Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

· Manage and optimize lead generation, scoring, and nurturing processes.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead management strategies.

· Use statistical and data visualization techniques to present findings effectively.

· Troubleshoot/investigate data issues and conduct regular data-validation sessions.

· Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

· Work with cross-functional teams to establish a data-driven and performance-driven mindset.

Profile Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

· 4-5 years of experience in marketing data analysis and reporting, using analytics, dashboarding/reporting tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Big Query, Supermetrics and PowerBI.

· Experience in behavioral/CRO-analytics tools, such as Hotjar and Crazy Egg.

· Sound knowledge of digital marketing best practices, marketing automation, CRM/database marketing and client segmentation strategies.

· Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise explanations that can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.

· Knowledge of GDPR, cookie management and privacy regulations.

· Knowledge of Eloqua (Oracle Marketing Cloud) and Sitecore CMS is nice to have.

· Excellent MS Office skills – PPT / XLS / PowerBI.

· Ability to use problem solving and strategic thinking skills to make data-driven decisions.

· Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills.

· Hands-on and agile mindset with ability to prioritize, multitask and work with external agencies.

· Love for learning new technologies and solutions.
