Job Description

  • Create and manage detailed CAD drawings and building plans for residential and amenity projects.
  • Prepare documentation for permit applications in compliance with local regulations.
  • Review, update, and ensure accuracy of technical drawings and construction details.
  • Coordinate with architects and engineers to resolve design issues and refine plans.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Drafting Technology, Civil Technology, or equivalent.
  • Preferably has one year of work experience in architectural drafting, CAD detailing, or construction documentation.
  • Proficient in CAD software for 2D and 3D detailing.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
