Key responsibilities

  • Project management:

Lead architectural projects from initial concept through final completion, including managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Design and development:

Oversee the creation of architectural concepts, drawings, and models, ensuring they are cohesive, compliant, and meet client specifications.
- Technical expertise:

Prepare detailed architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents using CAD and other relevant software.
- Team leadership:

Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff, guiding them on complex design issues and providing critical support to ensure quality.
- Stakeholder collaboration:

Act as a liaison with clients, engineers, contractors, and other consultants, presenting design proposals and participating in key meetings.
- Compliance and quality assurance:

Ensure all designs and projects comply with relevant building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Site supervision:

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality during the construction phase.
