The VIP Host is responsible for providing premium service and personalized experiences to high-stakes casino players. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with VIP guests to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction, and enhancing their overall gaming experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests and players upon arrival.
  • Provide assistance to guests while they play at the tables, ensuring a seamless gaming experience.
  • Count and distribute chips to maintain a complete and accurate supply of gaming chips.
  • Monitor the player's chips on the table regularly.
  • Provide assistance to players regarding game rules, procedures, placing bets, and other customer service functions as required.
  • Maintain the security and the integrity of the game by continuously monitoring the table.
  • Alert the supervisor of any irregularities or issues.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service to guests at all times, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Courteous and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills and good aptitude in mathematics.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or casino environment is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
