Job Description:

  • Cater to the unique needs and preferences of their clients, ensuring a tailored experience with the clients

  • Hosts build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, often communicating regularly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

  • Responsible for addressing any issues that may arise during a guest's visit, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience

  • Work closely with the marketing and food and beverage to deliver seamless VIP experiences

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Tourism, or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in casino operations, VIP services, hotel guest relations, or a similar high-end service role is an advantage

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, outgoing personality

  • Knowledge of casino operations and games is preferred

  • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Must have a professional appearance and strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
