Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, handling concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to company policies and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related concerns
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting basic issues or escalating to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Document and update customer interactions in the system
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering effective and empathetic solutions
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and service levels
  • Adhere to schedule, compliance, and quality guidelines set by the company

Qualifications:

  • At least a College Graduate (For starters, no BPO experience required)
  • For Undergraduates, at least 5 months of BPO/Customer Service experience required
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Amenable to rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
