JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Manager oversees the operations and non-clinical administrative functions of the asigned cluster. He/She is responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of patient services within the department through the following but not limited to:

  • Strategic planning and business development
  • Service operations management
  • Human resources management
  • Finalcial management
  • Facilities, supplies, IT and vendor management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in managerial capacity
  • Preferably with heavy operations background from a Healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Full-Time position available.
