Role Overview

Responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, and timelines. Oversees technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive successful project execution across infrastructure, cloud, and application domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and close IT projects using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage infrastructure deployments including servers, networks, IoT/edge devices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Coordinate software development lifecycle activities, ensuring system integration, scalability, and performance.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track progress, report on KPIs, and maintain clear communication with executives and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between engineers, architects, vendors, and clients.
  • Oversee documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

  • 10 years proven experience managing IT infrastructure and software projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, cloud migration, and enterprise systems.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and practices (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or cloud certifications (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
