Sustain & Improve Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related fields.
• With at least 5-10 years experience in oil & gas/chemicals construction projects or maintenance as project engineer/maintenance coordinator or equivalent.
• Proven experience in using Asset Document Management software and understanding of their building principles, CAD drafting and Microsoft Office.
• Proven familiarity with maintenance and inspection programs, as well as PEFS, Hazardous Area Classification Drawings, Design Basis Data.

Statement of duties:

• Engages and closely collaborate with Terminal Managers, terminals Supervisors, Facility Engineers, Project Managers, Design Center and Other EPCM's to identify and discuss Engineering Projects, Plant Changes, and terminal requests.
• Gathers technical information about Plant Changes, Asset Changes and Engineering Projects.
• Plans S&I tasks according to S&I scope of work and record them in the S&I Tracker
• Responsible for the delivery and assurance of required 6 DGAME Pillars update.
• Performs quarterly assurance around quality and compliance according to DGAME Manual.
• Responsible for updating Asset Structure Hierarchy and MIMP via WRT (MRD).
• Provides quality expertise and support to ensure all the quality requirements are understood and implemented correctly by both companies.
• Interfaces with all functions within the organization to ensure all quality aspects during project execution are managed in accordance with the best practices and standards to meet business targets.
• Monitors and updates the implementation of DGIP and S&I Tracker and Supervise the implementation of DGIP Blocks.
• Enhances quality performance and improvement across DGIP/S&I activity.
• Liaise with contractor as directed. Ensure assigned work is managed and delivered to customer satisfaction.
• Enhances and demonstrates commitment to raising HSE standards and proposing new initiatives or improvements.
• Participates in project meetings and report on quality issues, investigate technical aspects and root cause of problems.
• Ensures establishment of a trained, qualified, and competent S&I team. Actively mentor team members, conduct professional development reviews and recommend suitable candidates for promotion.
• Monitors equipment tags for all terminals for CAPEX and OPEX and ensure MOC for CAPEX and OPEX will have S&I Tracker.
• Initiates corrective actions to rectify problems and develop preventative measures to prevent recurrence of problems.
• Provides technical support to engineering team in implementing S&I process and implement best practices in developing technical solutions.
• Communicates with different stakeholders and ensure meeting of key timing commitments.
• Ensures DGAME panel parameters have been maintained as per requirement and ensure that the SCD and other engineering documents are in Hexagon.
• Ensures that the R&I plan is all updated and Participate on the continuous improvement for S&I activity and ensures quarterly assurance review is in place.
• Ensures that Safety and High Critical equipment have Maintenance in GSAP and ensure that drawings are all updated with signature.
• Participates in the quarterly LOD-1 to track all the findings that affected the 6 DGAME Pillars and participate on the update for DGAME Standard Operating Procedure update.
• Ensures the timely coordination and submission of all the documents needed by the S&I regional or global team.
• Participates in the yearly R&I review and this update will be in SharePoint only.
• Participates bin a 5-year full R&I review and ensure input in Hexagon, EDMS only. Other activities related to your role and ad hoc tasks may be required from time to time.
• S&I Engineer needs to proactively identify projects within the assigned cluster/terminals via PMR (Client's Management tool) and engage with Client's Facility Engineer, Project Development Engineer, and/or Project Manager for discussion; S&I Engineer shall be informed and involved in project's initiation, kick-off and development phase to plan and execute S&I activities on time parallel to project phases.
• S&I Engineers need to review Terminal GSAP ME notifications and work orders for potential equipment change, Terminal S&I requests, MOC registers and PMR at least bi-weekly in order to be aware of all possible changes, which can affect DGAME 6 Pillars.
• Supports the DGAME pillars compliances and initiatives.

Other Details:

• Work Schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM - Monday to Friday
• Work Location: Full on-site at Cubao, Quezon City/Tabangao, Batangas, or Oil Depots
