Job Title: Process Improvement and Automation Analyst

Work Setup & Schedule:

Hybrid | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM California Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time (to be adjusted by 1 hour for daylight savings)

What you'll be doing:

  • Review current business processes to identify gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct process mapping and documentation to capture the "as-is" and "to-be" state of workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to gather data, assess efficiency, and propose practical automation solutions.
  • Evaluate existing automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, or internally developed bots) and recommend enhancements or alternatives.
  • Support the design, testing, and implementation of automation initiatives to optimize operations.
  • Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and reports to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.

What will make you a great fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or automation support roles.
  • Proven experience working with or alongside teams using:

UiPath

Python

Regular Expressions (RegEx)

OpenAI API
or other AI-based tools for workflow enhancement

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (finance, accounting, operations).
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to translate technical concepts into practical recommendations.
