Job Description:
- Processing job orders/sales order and ensure stock allocation availability, delivery scheduling and other daily operation documentary requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Regularly update sales for order status and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all orders are properly booked/documented
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any business related course.
- Good Interpersonal skills, team player and good ability to build relationships with internal clients.
- With experience in booking or admin assistant clerical jobs is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS office application.
- Can work with minimal supervision, with good sound judgement
