Retail Operations Director

Greentree Food Solutions (GFS) , a subsidiary of LH Paragon, Inc., is hiring a Retail Operations Director with proven experience and strategic insight to oversee, implement, and drive operational plans across key business functions to meet the company's goals. Duties and responsibilities: Store Operations & Customer Service

• Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure top-tier customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations including product management, food safety, equipment maintenance, and service quality.
• Implement and maintain operational systems, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance across all outlets.
• Lead activities related to store openings, renovations, relocations, or closures.
• Coordinate with the Commissary and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
• Conduct regular team meetings to maintain effective communication and operational alignment.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and standards.

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify opportunities for expansion into new markets.
• Set, track, and evaluate KPIs for the sales team to ensure performance targets are met.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients, retail partners, and distributors.

Marketing & Brand Management

• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store platforms.
• Oversee brand positioning, product launches, and promotional strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape marketing efforts.
• Manage the development of content, packaging, and promotional materials.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to ensure a high-performance culture.
• Foster innovation, accountability, and customer-focused strategies within the team.

Budget Management

• Prepare and manage departmental budgets for sales and marketing.
• Monitor spending to ensure effective use of resources and achievement of ROI targets.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Analytics teams to support strategic goals and improve business outcomes.Qualifications Open to candidates willing to work on-site at Oakridge Business Park, A.S. Fortuna Street, Mandaue City, Cebu.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is required; a Master's degree (MBA) or equivalent is an advantage. Must have 8–10 years of experience in food retail operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Strong track record of team leadership, with the ability to cultivate a positive and high-performance workplace culture.

Experience in leading and mentoring teams across multiple store locations. Extensive experience in managing sales operations, product offerings, and customer service standards across retail branches. Proficient in developing and implementing operational processes and best practices.

Dedicated to delivering excellent customer experiences, ensuring that front-line teams consistently meet service expectations. Proficient in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to interpret sales trends and market data to guide business decisions. Hands-on experience in managing store lifecycle events such as openings, relocations, renovations, and closures, with a focus on operational efficiency and sustainability.

Strong collaboration skills, especially in coordinating with departments such as marketing, supply chain, and commissary. Effective communicator with experience leading meetings and delivering comprehensive reports. Skilled in using accounting platforms, retail operations systems, and data reporting tools.
