Location: Philippines – Cybergate, Mandaluyong

Work Schedule: Dayshift – HYBRID (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)

Type of Employment: Contractual (6 month-initial contract, possible absorption/extension depending on performance)

***Amenable for a three company-paid work trips per year outside of NCR, The duration of these trips will range from two weeks to one month, depending on company needs***

Salary: 85K - 100K

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 2-3+ years of experience in IT portfolio management, project management, or similar roles.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple IT projects within a portfolio.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong project management skills with knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Job Summary

The IT Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic alignment and prioritization of the organization's IT projects and product initiatives. The IT Portfolio Manager is responsible for supporting the IT Portfolio and Product Management Head by ensuring the efficient execution, prioritization, and governance of IT projects within the organization. This role oversees a set of projects within the portfolio and works cross-functionally to align the portfolio with business goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php85, Php100,000.00 per month
