Join our wedding planning team and help turn dream weddings into reality This hybrid role combines creative concept development with administrative coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating mood boards, themes, and event styling concepts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for event materials.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as client communications, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Support the team during on-site wedding setups and events.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments and create short-form videos/reels for social media during events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates / Undergraduates welcome (Hospitality, Events, Arts, or related fields).
  • Creative eye with attention to detail.
  • Organized and willing to handle admin work.
  • Social media savvy and comfortable creating quick, engaging content.
  • Willing to work weekends for events.

Starting Salary: ₱20,000–₱24, depending on qualifications)

Perk: Free meals during office and event days
