Job Summary: Oversees company-wide fleet lease packages, vehicle maintenance analysis, service center performance and policy development. The ideal candidate is expected to bring proven leadership, strategic insight and familiarity with operational lease structures such as Full-Service Operating Lease and Truck Lease packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead evaluation of fleet maintenance, repair costs, and lease compliance
  • Approve maintenance program budgets and monitor service quality
  • Supervise team performance (15 personnel) and drive professional development
  • Review and enhance fleet-related policies, systems and procedures
