You'll be at the center of ensuring that our fleet and manpower vendors deliver exceptional service across all Express operational sites. By driving SLA compliance, optimizing vendor performance, and strengthening supplier partnerships, you'll help keep our logistics operations running efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full alignment with business goals.
What you'll do (your mission)
Vendor Performance & Strategy
- Oversee vendor performance to ensure 95% SLA compliance across all fleet and manpower operations.
- Collaborate with Procurement and key stakeholders in formulating vendor strategy and tender processes.
- Conduct benchmarking and market studies to identify competitive pricing, features, and practices that strengthen business advantage.
Training & Compliance Management
- Develop and maintain training materials aligned with fleet management SOPs.
- Facilitate training sessions for fleet partners to ensure full compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness, updating content and methods as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of trained partners and certifications.
- Conduct regular vendor audits to ensure 100% compliance with established training and operational standards.
Continuous Improvement & Coordination
- Collaborate with the Vendor Management team to address training and performance gaps identified during SLA reviews.
- Serve as the point of contact for all fleet-related training, compliance, and safety concerns.
- Benchmark new learning methods and training innovations to improve vendor capability and knowledge retention.

You're the perfect fit if you…
- Hold a
Bachelor's degree
in Logistics Management or Business Administration (or equivalent experience). - Bring at least
3 years of experience
in vendor or fleet management within the logistics industry (preferred). - Have strong
negotiation, coordination, and relationship management
skills. - Are proficient in
vendor performance tracking tools
and
data analytics. - Understand
DOTr
and
LTFRB
regulations (a plus). - Excel in problem-solving and managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
