EXPORT SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

  • Lead Shipment and Billing Team.
  • Monitor day-to-day payment and shipment operation.
  • Ensures all reports are accurate.
  • Coordinate with customer and LSP for shipment and payment issues.
  • Ensure all parties work together to guarantee that shipments will be delivered in timely manner.
  • Resolve problems or complaints related to logistics management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Custom Administration or any related course.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the same field or any related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.

EXPORT SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR

  • Export freight expense budget and control.
  • Lead payment team to create payment to LSP based on due date.
  • Monitor day-to-day payment process orientation and ensure payment data are correct.
  • Coordinate with customer and LSP, resolve freight rate and other payment related issues.
  • Resolve disputes regarding invoice issues including CN and DN payment offset.
  • Update SOA and follow up payment process until system close, coordinate with accounting and finance for payment schedule.
  • Responsible for weekly payment schedule and monthly PPV report.
  • Ensure reports are accurate.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related courses.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the same field or any related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
