PR and Communications Officer

Location: Pasig City (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₱40,000 – ₱60,000 per month


About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic PR and Communications Officer to strengthen our brand presence through impactful storytelling, marketing campaigns, and engaging communication initiatives. This role combines content creation, marketing strategy, and brand communications to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all channels.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Communications

  • Plan and execute marketing communication strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services.
  • Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, website, and other marketing channels.
  • Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including social media advertising, email campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

Public Relations & Corporate Communications

  • Craft clear and engaging content for internal and external communications.
  • Manage company announcements, newsletters, and community engagement efforts.
  • Build relationships with partners, stakeholders, and industry networks to support marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and promote company events, launches, and campaigns.

Internal Communications

  • Develop internal communications to keep employees informed and motivated.
  • Support employee engagement programs, internal campaigns, and company updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing communications, branding, or content development.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Experience with graphic design or basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
