About the Role:

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with experience in financial accounts to support our US mortgage and loan operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist borrowers by addressing inquiries and providing clear guidance on loan processes
  • Review and validate borrower documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Reach out to borrowers and partners to clarify missing or incorrect information
  • Ensure compliance with US mortgage guidelines and company policies
  • Coordinate with loan processors, underwriters, and third-party partners to move applications forward
  • Maintain accurate, updated, and well-documented loan files

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service within a finance, loan, or mortgage account
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently under deadlines
  • College graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a US shift schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
