We're looking for candidates with strong customer service and financial account or mortgage account experience who want to build their careers in the US Mortgage industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist borrowers and clients by answering inquiries and guiding them through the mortgage process.
  • Collect and verify documents needed for loan applications, approvals, and servicing.
  • Coordinate with underwriters, loan officers, and third-party vendors (e.g., appraisers, title companies) to resolve concerns
  • Provide accurate updates on loan status while ensuring compliance with US mortgage standards
  • Deliver professional customer service through email, phone, and back-office support

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years BPO or financial account experience (mortgage servicing/originations)
  • Strong English communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage timelines and resolve borrower concerns
  • Willing to work onsite at our Alabang, Muntinlupa office
