About the Role

APE Athletics Gym is looking for a passionate and skilled Boxing Coach who can design and lead engaging boxing and circuit training sessions. The ideal candidate should not only have experience in teaching boxing fundamentals and techniques but also be knowledgeable in high-intensity interval and circuit-style workouts to improve members' strength, endurance, and conditioning.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one and group boxing sessions for all fitness levels.
  • Develop and implement circuit training programs tailored to client goals.
  • Ensure proper form, safety, and technique throughout all exercises.
  • Motivate clients to achieve their personal fitness goals through coaching and discipline.
  • Maintain a professional and positive atmosphere inside the gym.
  • Support community events, challenges, and fitness campaigns of APE Athletics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Boxing Coach, Fitness Instructor, or Circuit Training Coach.
  • Strong knowledge of boxing fundamentals, conditioning drills, and training techniques.
  • Certification in fitness or sports coaching is an advantage (but not required).
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Passionate about helping others improve their health and performance.
