Job Specification: Gym Coach (FRESH GRADS ARE WELCOME)

We're developing GRASS ROOTS COACHES.

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Gym Coach to join our team. This role is ideal for fitness enthusiasts who are committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals, with a particular focus on circuit training and weight programs designed specifically for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver circuit training programs tailored for clients
• Develop weight training routines to meet the unique needs of women
• Motivate, inspire, and support clients in achieving their fitness goals
• Ensure safe and effective execution of all exercises
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional atmosphere in the gym
• Continuously update knowledge and skills in fitness training methods and techniques

Qualifications and Skills

• a strong passion for fitness and coaching
• Knowledge and experience in circuit training and weight training programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, energetic, and professional attitude
• Fitness enthusiasts who are fresh college graduates looking to transition to the fitness industry are also encouraged to apply
• Pleasing personality is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• Initial Salary: PHP 350 per day (for the first 2 months)
• Salary Increase: PHP 380 – 400 per day, depending on progress after 2 months
• Regular Rate: PHP 430 per day thereafter
• Additional Commission based on performance and quota matrix
