  • Collaborates with the HR of the plants, including subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as the coordinators/representatives of third-party contractors, to prepare updated third-party manpower headcount reports.
  • Develop and maintain a monitoring system for third-party employees to enhance informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Provides data analytics support in relation to third-party management.
  • Assists in ensuring that the company complies with legal and labor standards pertaining to third-party employees, including safety regulations and DO 174.
  • Conducts research and analytical studies to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks in store and manufacturing operations, enhancing third-party management processes.
  • Conducts plant and area visits, performing audits to ensure adherence to regulatory and legal standards, and confirm the effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Performs other functions related to labor and employee relations such as discipline management, union relations among collective bargaining.
  • Performs other assigned tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management, Risk Management, Political Science, Psychology or any related field.
  • Understanding of HR processes and key performance metrics
  • Ability to establish and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Competence in maintaining precise and accurate records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other software tools.
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment while being self-motivated
  • Amenable to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
