We're Gusta Gelato — a small team building what we hope will be the next great food brand from the Philippines. We make ridiculously good gelato (and waffles, but that's another story), and we're on a mission to spread this joy far and wide.

As a Food Server, you'll be front and center — scooping, chatting, recommending flavors, and making sure everyone who walks into the shop leaves a little bit happier than when they came in. This isn't just customer service. It's energy, care, and connection in every scoop.

  • Welcome customers with good vibes, great energy, and maybe a few flavor recommendations.
  • Scoop gelato like you mean it — neatly, consistently, and with pride.
  • Handle transactions with accuracy and confidence (POS pro in no time).
  • Keep things tidy: restock, clean, and make sure the shop looks great.
  • Know the flavors and talk about them like they're your favorites (they will be).
  • Follow our food safety + hygiene practices — quality and cleanliness matter.
  • Help with opening and closing duties — we all pitch in.

You'll do well here if:

You can work evenings, weekends, and holidays — that's when the magic happens.

You've worked in food or retail before (a plus, not a must).

You're a high school graduate or equivalent — bonus points for food handling or hospitality experience.
