Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the intake process by gathering and verifying necessary therapist information and documentation.
  • Accurately input therapist data into Excel sheets while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule assessments, interviews, and follow-ups with therapists and internal teams.
  • Ensure all required forms and paperwork are completed correctly and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline the intake and onboarding process.
  • Provide excellent customer service to therapists, answering inquiries and addressing concerns professionally.
  • Identify and resolve any challenges that arise during the intake process, proposing effective solutions as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the intake process.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an intake, recruitment, administrative, or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with therapists, team members, and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling therapist data and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.
