Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic material planning frameworks aligned with foundry and machining production schedules, customer demand, and operational excellence.
  • Forecast and plan raw material requirements (e.g., castings, ingots, billets, alloys) in close coordination with procurement and production teams, ensuring timely availability without excess stockpiling.
  • Monitor and manage in-process inventory across casting, heat treatment, machining, and inspection stages, ensuring optimal flow and minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with procurement to secure materials, consumables (e.g., cutting tools, cores, sand, lubricants), and subcontracted services, maintaining cost efficiency and supply reliability.
  • Lead warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of heavy raw materials, semi-finished components, and finished machined parts.
  • Implement strict inventory control systems to maintain real-time visibility of material status, locations, and batch traceability—critical in high-precision and quality-regulated environments.
  • Ensure proper segregation and storage of raw castings, critical machining items, and non-conforming material per quality protocols and 5S standards.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of material changes, casting pattern revisions, or new machining programs.
  • Schedule and oversee periodic stock counts, scrap tracking, and yield monitoring, driving continuous improvements in material utilization and warehouse accuracy.
  • Manage logistics and dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery to customers or downstream processes while complying with handling and packaging standards for machined parts.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE, ISO, and industry-specific quality standards (e.g., dimensional tolerances, metallurgy, traceability).
  • Leverage ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline planning, reporting, and traceability from raw material intake to finished part shipment.
  • Lead and develop warehouse and material planning teams, instilling a culture of precision, safety, and accountability within a high-mix, heavy-industry environment.
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks in the supply chain or warehouse operations and implement mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php85,000.00 per month
