Compliance & Licensing Officer

Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Insight Connect Solutions Inc. Full time ₱240,000 - ₱420,000 per year
  • Secure and renew business permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements with local and national government agencies (e.g., LGUs, BIR, SEC, DTI, DOLE, etc.)
  • Liaise & Coordinate with DOLE, Bureau of Immigration for application and submission of application (e.g. VISA, SVEG etc.)
  • Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewal of permits, licenses, and accreditations
  • Coordinate with internal departments and government offices to ensure accurate and complete submission of requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all licenses, permits, and official correspondences
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines to avoid penalties or interruptions in business operations
  • Provide assistance during inspections, audits, and compliance reviews by government agencies
  • Keep management updated on regulatory changes affecting business operations

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Public Administration, or any related field
  • Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in licensing, permits processing, or government liaison work
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements from national agencies and local government units
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with government representatives
  • Willingness to travel for permit processing, if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
