Compliance & Licensing Officer

- Secure and renew business permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements with local and national government agencies (e.g., LGUs, BIR, SEC, DTI, DOLE, etc.)
- Liaise & Coordinate with DOLE, Bureau of Immigration for application and submission of application (e.g. VISA, SVEG etc.)
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewal of permits, licenses, and accreditations
- Coordinate with internal departments and government offices to ensure accurate and complete submission of requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all licenses, permits, and official correspondences
- Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines to avoid penalties or interruptions in business operations
- Provide assistance during inspections, audits, and compliance reviews by government agencies
- Keep management updated on regulatory changes affecting business operations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Public Administration, or any related field
- Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in licensing, permits processing, or government liaison work
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements from national agencies and local government units
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with government representatives
- Willingness to travel for permit processing, if required
