Who we're looking for:
This is not your typical sales clerk role in the mall. You won't be standing all day or stocking shelves. Instead, you'll be chatting with customers via Facebook Messenger, processing orders (both online and in-store), and coordinating with our Headquarters for servicing. To succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable using a laptop (basic knowledge is fine) and enjoy providing great customer service while helping convert inquiries into sales.
Salary Offered: ₱800 - ₱900/day (10-hour mall shift)
Store Set-up:
Our mall stores are drop-off and pick-up only. All cleaning and restoration work is done at our Sole Surgeon Headquarters (HQ). Your role is to engage, serve, and sell to customers — not to clean shoes.
Job Description:
- Entertain customer inquiries online (Facebook Messenger) and in-store.
- Your objective is to convert inquiries into sales, your #1 metric.
- Additionally, your goal is to nurture a good relationship by providing high-quality customer service so existing customers will keep coming back (i.e. sales)
- Process and encode orders into the system
- Coordinate closely with HQ on service updates, pickups, and deliveries
- Update customers on the status of their orders in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct Quality Checking before releasing of shoes to customers
- Handle customer concerns or complaints (if any) and resolve them with HQ support
- Perform end-of-day sales and accounting reports
Work Arrangement:
- Store Assignment/Location: Robinsons Otis located in Paco, Manila City
- Work Hours: Monday-Thursday (10AM-9PM) and Friday-Sunday (10AM-10PM)
- Work Days: 6 work days a week, 1 day rest day
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required. Fresh-graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work a mall-hour shift above
- Must be comfortable using a computer or laptop (basic knowledge only) and chat in Facebook Messenger using it
- Friendly, customer-oriented and highly-motivated to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling quality checks.
