Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform reliability tests such as RGA, Fiber integrity, lead integrity, and epoxy mixing etc.
  • Monitor, operate, and inspect critical equipment and systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Perform routine rounds and checks to detect early signs of equipment wear, failure, or malfunction.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to support reliability improvements.
  • Report equipment abnormalities and assist in root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of reliability testing
  • Participate in preventive maintenance tasks and support corrective maintenance activities as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.
  • Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

  • High school diploma, technical diploma or associate degree in industrial technology, mechanical/electrical systems, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year experience in reliability process
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
