Position: Operations and Admin Staff – Printing Production

Overview:

The Operations and Admin Staff will oversee the day-to-day activities of the printing production facility, ensuring smooth workflow, proper resource management, and timely completion of production requirements. This role involves close coordination with various departments to monitor materials, equipment, manpower, and output quality while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure targets are met efficiently.
  • Oversee material and tool requests, ensuring proper issuance and accountability.
  • Verify all incoming and outgoing deliveries of materials, consumables, and finished products.
  • Conduct and monitor actual inventory counts, ensure accurate encoding and reconciliation of stock levels.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Supervise dispensing of materials and consumables for production use.
  • Monitor and coordinate facility maintenance, machine servicing, and equipment repairs.
  • Manage inventory levels and initiate purchase requests when necessary.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all transactions, movements, and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Provide support to management for process improvement and team coordination.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related course (graduates of Operations Management have an advantage).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, inventory, or printing production is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other inventory management tools.
  • Professional work ethic, reliable, and able to multitask under minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and proactive in addressing operational challenges.
  • Must be willing to work on-site and reside within or near Panabo City.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
